Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.

Shipping Times

To bring you premium workspace gear at highly competitive prices, we source and distribute our inventory globally.

        Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

        Tracking: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for shipping updates to appear online.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Element Desk Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at elementdeskgear@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will evaluate the issue right away and arrange a replacement or refund to make it right.
